SUP Yoga, Manly
We are super excited to once again be partnering with Flow MOcean this Summer to run some exclusive She SUPs SUP Yoga sessions in Manly, Sydney!
ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE
Have you always wanted to try SUP Yoga but not had anyone to go with? Or have you been worried about what happens if you fall, or are not able to hold a pose? Have no fear!! She SUPs’ SUP Yoga sessions are FOR YOU!
SUP Yoga with She SUPs means that you'll be welcomed into a supportive, no pressure, no judgement environment. No SUP experience or yoga experience is necessary for this fun and easy paddle experience which is guaranteed to bring a smile to your face! This experience is run in partnership with Flow MOcean who have the most lovely female yoga teachers and will take great care of you on the water. Our groups are always friendly, supportive and inclusive, beginners are more than welcome (you can sit, stand or kneel for this paddle).
COST
1.5 Hour SUP Yoga Experience + All equipment provided: $65
ABILITY LEVEL
Suitable for beginners! There is only a small amount of stand-up paddling required for this experience (as you paddle from the beach to the floating ‘yoga studio’) so you’re welcome to do this kneeling, sitting or standing - it’s up to you! During the SUP Yoga session you’ll experience a range of postures which include standing, sitting or kneeling, but you can choose which ones you take part in and which you don’t. WEATHER
The She SUPs team will be in touch with you via SMS if the weather (in particular wind) conditions look unsafe to paddle and we will arrange to reschedule the paddle or provide a refund. Please assume we are proceeding as normal if you don't hear from us, and trust that we will never run a paddle if it's unsafe to do so. Often generalist forecasts like Apple and Google forecasts are not accurate enough for paddling, so your instructor will be analysing more in-depth weather charts to decide whether to proceed.
MEETING POINT
This experience takes place in the harbour side of Manly, which is easiest to reach via public transport. Full details about meeting point, parking/travel and what to wear/bring are shared once you have booked in for this experience.
