Middle Harbour Coffee Paddle

📍on Cameraygal Country
We pay our respects and show gratitude to the Cameraygal people who are the Traditional Custodians of the land we paddle on.

We love Middle Harbour so much that we have TWO types of paddles on this beautiful waterway, both going different directions!!

We love this 3 hour relaxed paddle through Sydney’s Middle Harbour, with a stop for coffee half-way. Designed as an opportunity for female paddlers to get out on their boards more often, connect with like-minded paddlers, explore the magic of Middle Harbour and enjoy a great coffee… all under the support and guidance of a qualified SUP instructor.

We will launch from Tunks Park in Cammeray (if you learnt to SUP with She SUPs, this is where we host most of our SUP Confidence Lessons so you may have been here before!) and paddle for just over an hour to reach our coffee shop destination. On arrival, we’ll order as a group (please bring your own reusable coffee cup) and get our coffees to go so we can sit outside by the water to enjoy them before we paddle back. A regular size coffee, tea or hot chocolate is included in the price of your paddle. You are welcome to purchase you own extra juices, cakes or other items at the cafe if you’d like. The paddle back is approximately 1 hour, but we’ll take it at a leisurely pace and hopefully be fuelled by a bit of caffeine! Total paddle distance is approximately 6km.

3 Hour Guided Paddle + Coffee/Tea/HC + BYO SUP: $99

+ SUP Hire: $40

ABILITY LEVEL

This paddle is suitable for all abilities (including beginners) however due to the distance we’ll be paddling, we recommend that if you haven’t paddled before, you take a lesson first before this session. Click here to check out our SUP Confidence lessons.

WEATHER

The She SUPs team will be in touch with you via SMS if the weather (in particular wind) conditions look unsafe to paddle and we will arrange to reschedule the paddle or provide a refund. Please assume we are proceeding as normal if you don't hear from us, and trust that we will never run a paddle if it's unsafe to do so. Often generalist forecasts like Apple and Google forecasts are not accurate enough for paddling, so your instructor will be analysing more in-depth weather charts to decide whether to proceed.

MEETING POINT

These paddles are run from Tunks Park, Cammeray which enables us to explore Sydney’s beautiful Middle Harbour. Details about meeting point and what to wear/bring are shared once you have booked in for this lesson.
