Here at She SUPs we are all about designing new and exciting SUP experiences for women and therefore every week is different! We don’t operate like a ‘normal’ SUP school, we are a community who are constantly evolving, growing and having fun through unique SUP events, experiences and socials!
Whether it’s a Paddleboard Picnic, SUP & Beach Yoga or a SUP Social followed by bacon & egg rolls (yum!), we keep our program diverse and varied based on the season, environments we paddle in and people we meet on our journey.

She SUPs Socials
She SUPs Socials are hosted SUP meet-ups, hosted by a Qualified SUP Instructor. She SUPs Socials are where She SUPs first started, and therefore they are always a key part of our program. We host our SUP socials at least one a month in different locations across NSW and beyond! SUP Socials are for EVERYONE. No matter what your experience level, our SUP socials are a great way to meet like-minded women, catch up with old friends or discover new paddle locations. Paddleboard Picnics
What better way to spend your weekend than taking a relaxing paddle to a secluded little spot, setting up on the water with an awesome group of women, for a picnic with a difference and maybe (just maybe) a cheeky mini bottle of bubbly may make an appearance! Find Your Balance: SUP + Beach Yoga
The Find Your Balance Series is all about combining SUP with different on-land activities that help us strengthen our core muscles. This series aims to help our community become stronger, more confident paddlers - while having a heap of fun in the process! Find Your Balance: SUP + Skateboarding
The Find Your Balance Series is all about combining SUP with different on-land activities that help us strengthen our core muscles. This series aims to help our community become stronger, more confident paddlers - while having a heap of fun in the process! During this event we have a group skateboarding lesson - absolutely no experience is necessary and we have a wonderful instructor who helps us feel confident on wheels, and keeps us on our feet! Fancy Dress Paddles
We LOVE dress-up. It’s amazing how when you put on a silly costume, suddenly all your fears and anxieties around standing on a SUP fall away, and everyone just ends up giggling their way through the paddle! We dress up at any given opportunity - mostly holidays like Christmas, Halloween etc, but we have a few extra surprises up our sleeves! She SUPs x SUP Ball
It’s like netball… without nets… on water… and with SUPs. SUP Ball is so so much fun, and certainly a She SUPs community favourite! We run SUP Ball lessons and games in Manly during the Summer months as this is an activity where you WILL get wet! Sign up below to be notified when the next She SUPs x SUP Ball event is happening!!
Chilled All Abilities Paddles
Sometimes, the weather just looks so great, or something (like COVID19) has prevented us from paddling together and so we just want to paddle! Keep your eye out for an occasional ‘Chilled All Abilities Paddle’ where we will run a guided chilled paddle with opportunities to swim, explore waterfalls and more!
