Q Station Half Day SUP Adventure:
4 Beaches Paddle + Yoga + Lunch
📍on Car-rang gel / Garangal, saltwater country
We pay our respects and show gratitude to the Gayimai clan and people of Garangal Country, who are the Traditional Custodians of the land we paddle on/from.
She SUPs is extremely excited to partner Q Station Hotel in Manly to bring a super special half-day SUP adventure to our schedule featuring beach yoga and lunch!
ABOUT THIS ADVENTURE
Paddle in SUP paradise!! Start your day with 45 minutes of beach yoga to warm up your body, and soak in the amazing sounds of the water and birds around us. Once warmed up and feeling present, we will embark on an early morning SUP session from Quarantine Beach to explore the magical waters of North Harbour. This unique corner of Sydney is always bustling with wildlife, and has the most crystal clear water on route. This paddle is suitable for all abilities, and you’re welcome to sit, stand or kneel to join us! There are four unique small bays that we’ll stop in, and you may fancy a swim in one of them (or all!)
After our yoga session and morning paddle, we will return to Q Station for lunch.

FAQ’s
GETTING THERE
Q Station and Quarantine Beach are located in the Sydney Harbour National Park. There is a large car park at the entrance of Q Station. We recommend arriving there a minimum of 30 minutes before your paddle session and then you can hop aboard a complimentary shuttle bus to take you straight down to the water!
WEATHER
The She SUPs team will be in touch with you via SMS if the weather (in particular wind) conditions look unsafe to paddle and we will arrange to reschedule the paddle or provide a refund. Please assume we are proceeding as normal if you don't hear from us, and trust that we will never run a paddle if it's unsafe to do so. Often generalist forecasts like Apple and Google forecasts are not accurate enough for paddling, so your instructor will be analysing more in-depth weather charts to decide whether to proceed.
WHAT TO WEAR?
We share with you a guideline of what to wear/bring once you book into this paddle via your confirmation email. Normally activewear with swimmers underneath is ideal!
