She SUPs Eco Retreat
📍on the lands of the Garigal people of the Eora Nation
We pay our respects and show gratitude to the Garigal people who are the Traditional Custodians of the land we meet and paddle on.
Gift yourself a weekend immersed in nature, drinking wine around a camp fire, waking up with wallabies outside your door and eating delicious food curated by our in-house nutritionist.
On this trip we experience the magic of Pittwater in Sydney, paddling the stunning bays of Ku-ring-gai National Park and give back to Mother Nature by supporting some local conservation projects. Featuring a guided bush-walk, guided SUP paddles including a half-day adventure to a local waterfall, yoga in the evening, delicious and healthy meals provided by our on-site chef for breakfast, lunch and dinner and plenty of down-time immersed in nature, this trip has a little something for everyone!

REVIEW:
“I recently went on the She SUPs Eco Retreat. Our trip was crafted and balanced so well. In the midst of national park, 11km of adventure on Pittwater, hiking and bush walking, community wellbeing, mindfulness and yoga, bonfire and a lot of relaxing time!
I felt our host (Vikki) genuinely cared about everyone’s wellbeing. Starting from before the trip (she organised car pools and packing list for the trip), during the trip (she shared techniques to improve my paddle boarding and made sure we are safe on water), till the end of the trip (captured lovely photos and made sure we got home).
Thank you Vikki for creating such a lovely community of strong and empowering women! Highly recommend SHE SUP trips and sessions!”- Gauri, from Sydney
Sample Itinerary
Friday:
Everyone will meet at Church Point on day one to catch the ferry across to our accomodation together. On arrival we will settle into our rooms and enjoy a complimentary Cheeseboard and cold drink! Day one’s main activity is a guided bush walk (approx 3.5 hour round trip) where our eco-guides will introduce us to some of the local flora and fauna and tell us stories about the local area.
Coming back, enjoy a calming yoga session on the deck before a delicious healthy warm dinner (provided).
Saturday:
It will be an early start as we start our Saturday with a sunrise paddle before returning to our accomodation for a delicious breakfast (provided).
Saturday’s activities will run at a slower pace, giving you plenty of time to get involved in group activities, but also have some alone time amongst nature (we highly recommend a quiet mid-morning nap in one of the hammocks on the verandah - the view as seen below, is spectacular!)
Once everyone feels rested after their adventurous morning, we’ll spend a couple of hours learning about and supporting some of the local conservation projects happening on site.
That afternoon, the other half of the group will enjoy their relaxing yoga session.
Finally, after our second adventure filled day, Bergia our on-site chef will reward us with another hearty and healthy dinner.
Sunday:
Sunday morning will start with a leisurely breakfast (provided), admiring the grounds and reflecting on our amazing achievements from Saturday.
After breakfast, we will set off on a half-day stand-up paddle adventure, exploring the beautiful local bays that Pittwater has to offer (including a couple of secret waterfalls!)
On our SUP adventure we will stop half way for a morning tea (provided) before we return back to Morning Bay, to collect our bags and head for the ferry.
We will aim to leave on the ferry in the afternoon around 2pm (exact time decided on the day, the ferries run every hour).
REVIEW:
“I had an amazing time on the SheSups Eco Retreat! Everything was well-planned and organised, from carpooling to the location, to food, and to every activity. Vikki is an amazing host. I highly recommend attending one of the SheSups experiences if you can, it is so great that women can have this safe space to grow their SUP skills.”

Where we are staying
Nestled on the hillside of Morning Bay in Ku-ring-gai National Park, surrounded by bushland and only accessible by water, our newly renovated eco-hostel accomodation is a hidden gem that few know about but as soon as you’ve been, you’ll immediately dream of returning again!
For this trip, She SUPs has exclusive use of this venue, meaning we have the whole place to ourselves to relax and enjoy the peaceful sounds of the National Park bustling around us. This location is a nature lovers dream - with wallaby’s bouncing around on the front lawn, a local echidna named Daphne occasionally strolling passed and black cockatoos flying above. Make sure you experience the bliss of taking an afternoon nap in one of the hammocks hanging from the balcony!
Rooms are a mix of private doubles, twin-rooms and dorm-style rooms with single bunk beds. We have capped numbers for this trip to ensure that all of those in the dorm-style rooms have a whole bunk to themselves (no need to climb up to top bunk or share bunks!). The private doubles and twin rooms are available first come, first served.
There are no shops in the National Park, so we will bring all supplies with us, and linen and towels are included in the cost.
Ferry transfers not included.
